Christopher Robert Evans was born on the 13th of June, 1980. Beginning his career in television Evans portrayed characters including Opposite and sex during 2000. Following appearances in several teen films including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he gained attention for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics character, the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans is also seen in film adaptations based on comics, including TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2003). As well as his part as Captain America/Steve Rogers, Evans gained recognition through the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2015) as well as Captain America: Civil War. As a result of his Marvel films, he grew to become one of the highest paid actors on the planet.
